1. The Pre-Shipping Confirmation (The “Basis of Sale”)
To ensure complete transparency and satisfaction, Holygrail Inc. follows a strict verification protocol before any item leaves our boutique:
- High-Resolution Documentation: Prior to shipping, detailed photographs and/or videos of the item will be sent to the buyer. These images will highlight the item’s condition, hardware, interior, and any specific markings.
- Buyer Confirmation: The buyer must review and confirm these details. Once confirmed, these photographs serve as the official basis and proof of condition for the item to be received.
- Finality of Condition: Upon your confirmation, the item is deemed to be in the agreed-upon condition for transit.
2. Return Eligibility
We offer a limited return window to ensure the security of our luxury inventory:
- 7-Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the item.
- Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, including all original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, tags, and protective films.
3. Damage and Liability Disclaimer
Holygrail Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the return of damaged luxury goods:
- Damage Exclusion: If an item was confirmed and shipped in good condition but is returned with signs of wear, usage, or damage (including but not limited to scratches, stains, or structural changes), Holygrail Inc. is not liable to replace the item or issue a refund.
- Inspection Upon Return: All returns are subject to a laboratory-grade inspection to ensure the item has not been altered or swapped.
4. Shipping Timelines (Credit Card Payments)
For clients utilizing our online credit card payment facility:
- Processing Time: Once payment is successfully verified, your item will be securely packed and shipped within 78 hours. This window allows our team to perform a final quality check and prepare the necessary documentation.
5. Refund Process and Timelines
If a return is approved after our inspection, the refund process is as follows:
- Processing Period: Refunds are processed within a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 45 calendar days.
- Credit Card Deductions: For refunds involving credit card transactions, the standard card fees charged by the issuing bank/payment gateway are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will generally be processed through the original representative payment method used during the purchase.
