Senior Graphic Artist
A highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Artist to lead the conceptualization and execution of our visual identity across all major touchpoints. In this role, you will be responsible for translating high-level marketing briefs into compelling, modern, and aesthetically sophisticated designs.
The ideal candidate is an expert visual storyteller who balances hands-on design mastery with the ability to guide and mentor junior creative staff. You will oversee projects from initial mood boards to final assets, ensuring every piece reflects a cohesive brand voice and stands out in a competitive digital landscape.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Identity Leadership: Develop, refine, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines, typography systems, and visual asset libraries to ensure a unified identity across all channels.
High-End Asset Creation: Design premium digital and print marketing assets, including website interface mockups, conversion-focused landing page graphics, ad creatives, event branding layouts, and presentation decks.
Creative Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and artistic direction to junior or mid-level graphic designers to ensure output alignment with creative briefs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with web developers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure design feasibility, seamless software workflows, and timely project delivery.
Trend Tracking & Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends, interactive UI patterns, and technical software updates to keep brand imagery fresh, modern, and culturally relevant.
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Software Mastery & Technical Expertise
- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Color Grading: Enhance color of photo and video in design coloring tools such as Da Vinci, Evoto or other similar tools.
- Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of print production processes (CMYK, color separations, bleed settings) as well as file optimization for web load-speed efficiency.
2. Portfolio & Professional Experience
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency, corporate marketing department, or e-commerce development house.
- Premium Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong layout design, expert-level typography control, cohesive color theory application, and versatile creative conceptualization.
- Motion Foundations (Bonus): Basic to mid-level capability in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for short-form video elements and dynamic motion graphics is highly valued.
