Senior Creative Videographer
A highly imaginative and technically skilled Senior Creative Videographer to spearhead our visual storytelling from concept to final cut. In this role, you will be responsible for filming and editing premium, high-impact video content that elevates our brand identity, engages our digital audience, and supports our marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate does not just hit “record” you have a distinct artistic eye, an understanding of cinematic pacing, and the ability to turn a abstract brief into a polished, emotionally resonant visual piece. You will handle the end-to-end production ecosystem, including lighting setups, audio capture, directing talent, and advanced post-production.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Video Production: Handle pre-production (storyboarding, scripting, location scouting), production (shooting, lighting, audio), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound design).
Execute Brand Visual Style: Capture high-end commercial layouts, product features, and editorial-style features that maintain a sleek, modern, and cinematic aesthetic.
Post-Production & Editing: Assemble raw footage into cohesive narratives, applying advanced color grading, seamless transitions, text overlays, and sound design to optimize viewer immersion.
- Multi-Platform Optimization: Produce multi-format content adapted specifically for target channels—ranging from high-resolution widescreen pieces for web and YouTube to fast-paced vertical video formats for mobile platforms.
- Equipment Management: Maintain, organize, and select appropriate gear (cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones, lighting kits) required for both studio and on-location shoots.
- Creative Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing, design, and executive teams to brainstorm campaign concepts, ensuring visual assets align perfectly with strategic goals.
Requirements and Qualitifications
1. Technical Proficiency & Gear Mastery
- Camera Operation: Professional mastery of mirrorless/cinema camera systems (e.g., Sony FX series, Canon EOS C series, Blackmagic) and manual exposure settings.
- Software Expertise: Advanced knowledge of industry-standard post-production software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, along with foundational skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
- Lighting & Audio Setup: Deep understanding of 3-point lighting setups, manipulating natural/ambient light, and capturing crisp, professional audio using lavalier and shotgun microphones.
2. Creative & Professional Attributes
- Portfolio Requirement: A strong, diverse showreel demonstrating exceptional composition, artistic camera movement, sound syncing, and advanced color grading.
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven professional experience as a videographer, video editor, or content creator within a corporate, agency, or luxury consumer brand environment.
- Adaptability & Pacing: Strong grasp of contemporary editing trends, visual rhythms, and music selection that drives digital audience retention.
